Beauty is not cheap. When you look at the cost of professional hair removal treatments it can make your eyes water more than the treatment itself. No one ever got any pleasure out of hair removal either unless they have masochistic tendencies I suspect.
Somehow it’s just doesn’t seem worth the money to me to pay out regularly for the torture of waxing or to take out a mortgage for laser hair removal on my legs. I just think about what I could do with that money – and there are a lot more fun ways to spend it and none of them painful.
Smooth legs for next to nothing
But then hairy legs are not exactly attractive so I do want smooth legs enough to make the effort to deal with them myself and I have been quite happy to shell out for an epilator, the ultimate hair plucker machine.
It suits me very well because you pay for the machine once and then you are done paying for quite a few years. It’s still a little bit painful to pull your hair out from the roots but at least you are not paying for it. What is your spending limit for smooth legs? I would guess it’s not just a factor of income but of how much it matters to you too though I suppose if I had a ton of spare cash I might try laser hair removal on my legs myself, just to see and not care that the average cost of a few sessions is over a thousand dollars.
Fuzz-free legs or something to wear on them? Which would you rather have? I’m trying to have the best of both worlds. As my last epilator has lasted about five years to far that’s about ten or fifteen dollars a year for smoothness. That’s got to be good.
