Unwanted hair is not so happy to be done away with and has some determination to stick around. So you have to be just as determined to deal with each and every hair to get rid of it for good.
To succeed you have to
a) put the probe into the hair follicle at the right place
b) give it a strong enough current to kill it
c) catch it at the right time
